We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to help define our customer experience and help build a world-class customer organization. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience managing the technical implementation and onboarding process for new customers.

The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for partnering with our customers to understand their needs and then mapping our software solution to meet those needs. Experience managing technical projects is a must. You’ll also create help center content for employees and customers and partner with engineering and leadership to create a clear, concise and engaging onboarding process. Prior experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Salesforce Service Cloud, etc. is a plus!
